Random Cloud
Random Cloud captures the essence of why a cloud continues to fascinate us: voluminous yet simultaneously light and ethereal. Designed by Chia-Ying Lee, this suspension lamp reimagines the chandelier concept in a contemporary manner. The composition features multiple blown glass spheres that float like bubbles, supported by thin metal cords that vanish into the cluster. The central element houses the electronics and cables, allowing the glass spheres to cluster together to form a "cloud" of light. This 23-light configuration creates a spectacular focal point, delivering powerful yet diffused illumination suitable for large residential living spaces or hospitality environments.

About Local Pickup and delivery
1. Local Pickup
Shoppers can select "Warehouse Pickup" for your orders, which are often ready within two days during store hours.

2. Delivery Locations:
- HK Island: HKD $600 per order.
- Kowloon and New Territories: HKD $700 per order.
- Lan Tau Island: HKD $1,000 per 1 Pallet
3. Staircase Charges:
（Staircase charges will not be applicable for orders paid online.）
- For delivery addresses requiring staircase access, an additional fee of HKD $100 per floor will be applied. If the delivery involves staircase access, please contact our customer service after placing your order for further instructions and arrangements.
- If the delivery personnel arrives at the delivery location and discovers the need to climb stairs but the customer has not provided the staircase fee, the goods will be delivered at the ground floor.
4. Large Item Surcharge:
(Goods that require two people to move will be considered as large furniture)
- A mandatory surcharge of HKD $1,000 will be applied for large items.
5. Delivery Arrangements:
- We will arrange the delivery as soon as we receive the order and confirm the payment.
- Delivery timing is subject to inventory and availability, and we will make every effort to complete the delivery within a reasonable time frame.
6. Refusal of Goods:
- If there is no one available to receive the goods during delivery, we will contact you to arrange a rescheduled delivery. Additional charges may apply.
7. Confirmation of Receipt:
- Please carefully inspect the packaging and condition of the goods upon receipt.
- If you notice any packaging damage or product defects, please raise the concern with the delivery personnel before signing for acceptance.
- Upon signing, we will assume that you have acknowledged the goods to be in good condition and as per the order requirements.
8. Delivery Responsibility:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure leading to delivery delays or non-fulfillment, we will contact you promptly to provide appropriate solutions.
9. Returns and Exchanges:
- Please refer to our separate Returns and Exchanges Policy for information regarding returning or exchanging products.
Secure Payment Hold
After you submit your order, the system will hold your payment for 7 days until your order is completed/delivered. We will capture the amount only after your order has been signed. If the order is not signed within 7 days, it will automatically cancel, and your payment will be refunded to the credit card you provided.
