We currently provide delivery within Hong Kong SAR.
For special locations (e.g. outlying islands, restricted areas, or locations requiring special access), additional charges or arrangements may apply.

Delivery Timeframe

- Pre-Order Items: Lead time will vary by brand and model. An estimated lead time will be indicated on the product page or communicated after order confirmation.

Delivery Arrangement

Building Access & Site Conditions
If your building has:
- No lift access
- Narrow staircases or corridors
- Special access restrictions
please inform us in advance. Additional handling charges may apply in certain cases, or delivery may not be possible for oversize items.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly recommend that you inspect the products upon delivery.
If you find any visible damage, defects or discrepancies, please note it with the delivery staff where possible and contact us as soon as you can with photos and order details.
