1. Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Hong Kong SAR. For Macau or overseas deliveries, please contact us directly for arrangements.
2. Are all products on the online shop in stock?
Our online shop includes both in-stock items and pre-order items.
Availability and estimated lead time are shown on each product page.
3. What is the difference between “In Stock” and “Pre-Order”?
In Stock: Items are available in our warehouse or showroom and can usually be delivered within a shorter timeframe.
Pre-Order: Items are ordered from the manufacturer after you place your order. Lead time will vary depending on brand and model.
4. Can I see the products in person before buying?
Some items may be available for viewing at our showroom or Light Hub. Please contact us in advance and let us know which model you are interested in, and we will advise availability.
5. Do you provide installation services?
We do not include installation as part of the online purchase by default. However, we can recommend qualified contractors or discuss project-based arrangements upon request.
6. Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. All eligible products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty, and selected items may include an additional 1-year extended limited warranty provided by Zodiac Lighting. Please refer to our Warranty / Terms & Conditions page for details.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Order changes or cancellations are not always possible once an order has been confirmed, especially for pre-order or customised items. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major electronic payment methods commonly used in Hong Kong. The available options will be shown at checkout.
9. What should I do if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect the items upon delivery. If you notice damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us within [X] days with photos and your order number. Our team will assist with inspection and follow-up according to our Return & Exchange policy.
